Jaguar XK150 complete restoration
We have just restored this Jaguar XK150 for a customer. The vehicle was found in Kent as an unfinished project with many parts missing and in a rather sad condition.
Whilst the main chassis and some of the body were sound, the rear end sills and doors required major work and panel replacement.
All the body fittings were removed for refurbishment or replacement. The engine and all mechanical components were replaced or refurbished and the interior of the vehicle was completely refurbished and re trimmed as necessary.
The vehicle was completed recently, road tested and found to drive really well. We decided to give it a run to the local Harrow Club Concours Car Show 2015 in Chipperfield and were pleased when it won best in class for the 40’s, 50’s and 60’s which was obviously a nice record for the customer to have on its first outing to a show.
